WHAT CAN I FIND AND DO AT OXO?At OXO you will enjoy and discover video games like never before. You can learn about the history of video games from their beginnings, play on incredible systems and classic games or learn about the latest trends and developments in the industry.
DO I HAVE TO BE A VIDEO GAME LOVER TO ENJOY OXO?Of course not! You will find a completely mind-blowing world: incredible objects, artistic installations and above all, discover what video games are all about.
HOW CAN I GET A TICKET TO VISIT OXO?You can purchase your OXO ticket electronically. here: and at the museum's ticket offices during opening hours. We recommend buying them in advance to guarantee access and avoid unnecessary waiting.
WHAT ARE THE MUSEUM HOURS?De domingo a jueves de 11:00 a 22:00.
Viernes y sábado de 11:00 a 23:00.
I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD TO BUY TICKETS, CAN I PAY IN CASH?Yes, you can pay with cash directly at the OXO ticket office.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE DAY OF MY VISIT?On the OXO website you can choose the day and time slot to visit the museum.
WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE VISIT?With your ticket you will have access to the entire museum for 2 hours.

RATES
ARE THERE ANY REDUCED RATES?Yes, we have discounts for children under 13 years old, senior ticket for seniors over 65 years old and reduced price for people with disabilities (must be justified in the access). We also have a Family Pack valid for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children under 13 years old).
DO CHILDREN HAVE FREE ADMISSION TO THE MUSEUM?Children under 5 years old do not pay admission.

DO YOU SELL VIDEO GAMES AT THE OXO STORE?In the OXO store we have practically everything, but we don't sell video games. You will only find some collector's editions related to the museum's exhibitions.

CAN I ENTER WITH MY PET?We love pets, but to maintain the safety of the materials on display, we do not allow their entry.
CAN I BRING MY BIKE, SCOOTER, SKATEBOARD OR ROLLERBLADES INTO THE MUSEUM?For space and security reasons we do not allow this type of vehicle to enter the museum.
