OXO Museo Madrid invites you to discover one of the most hidden and fascinating jewels of the RPG universe. The next 16 May at 19:00h hosts the presentation of The Will of the Ancients - RPG Memories: Panzer Dragoon, a must-have work that rescues one of SEGA's most special sagas from oblivion.
As unknown as it is legendary, Panzer Dragoon Saga was a unique title that broke the mould of Japanese role-playing games. Thanks to the creative freedom granted by SEGA to Team Andromeda, a game was born that dared to narrate in a different way, to create its own universe, coherent and alive, far from the standards of the genre. Its scarce distribution in its day made it a coveted treasure for collectors and fans.
The will of the ancients is not limited to telling the story of Saga, but rather contextualises the whole franchise Panzer Dragoon, The book reviews the four main games and the complex creative and business environment in which they emerged. The book delves into the symbolism, characters and narrative that have made this saga one of the most well-rounded and well cared for in the history of videogames.
