  1. Organising company

The raffle is organised by OXO Museo del Videojuego Madrid through its official Instagram account @oxomuseomadrid.

  1. Dates of participation

The draw will start on 5 September and will end on 27 September 2025 at 23:59h (Spanish peninsular time).

The winners will be announced on 28 September 2025, exclusively on the official Instagram account @oxomuseomadrid.

  1. Participation requirements

All natural persons who meet the following requirements are eligible to participate in the draw:

  • Have a real Instagram account
  • Residence in Spain
  • Be over 18 years of age

Comply with the mechanics of the draw:

  • Follow on Instagram @MikecrackYT, @LEGOSpain_official and @oxomuseomadrid
  • Like“ the raffle post
  • Mention whoever they wish in comments. Each comment will count as a participation, as well as the number of times each user makes a comment mentioning someone.

  1. Awards

4 packs of 4 tickets will be raffled (16 tickets in total) to attend the meet & greet with content creator Mikecrack to be held on October 2, 2025 at OXO Museo del Videojuego Madrid, calle Postigo de San Martín, 8, 28013 at 18:30.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

Winners must prove their identity in order to redeem the prize.

The prize will only be valid on the indicated date of the event (2 October 2025).

  1. Expenses not included

The prize is limited exclusively to tickets for the event.

They are expressly excluded and will not be covered by the organisation:

  • Transport costs
  • Accommodation
  • Daily subsistence allowance

All these will be paid for by the winners and their companions.

  1. Selection of winners

The choice will be made by a random selection system among all eligible participants.

Winners will be contacted via private message from the official account @oxomuseomadrid.

Winners must respond within 48 hours. Otherwise, the prize will be passed on to an alternate.

  1. Data protection

The personal data of the participants will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation, exclusively for the management of this prize draw.

  1. Acceptance of the rules

Participation in this prize draw implies full acceptance of these rules.

The organisations reserve the right to modify or cancel the draw for justified reasons.
