The next 26 November, of 18:00 a 19:00, in OXO Museum (Madrid) the meeting will take place: “Introduction to Accessibility in Video Games and Inserta Empleo”.”, a session designed to reflect on how to make video games a truly inclusive space.
During the talk we will delve into:
- The main accessibility measures in video games.
- The current challenges when it comes to implementing them in industry.
- How boosting the talents of people with disabilities and encourage their real inclusion in companies, especially in the technology and digital entertainment sector.
We will have the participation of:
- Andrea Ríos Rodríguez - Employment technician at Inserta. Since 2020, she has been accompanying people with disabilities in their job search and advising companies, through the Confianza service, so that they can find and commit to talent with disabilities.
- Cristian Suárez Henríquez - Technician in the technological accessibility department of the ONCE Foundation. Videogame evaluator and content writer for the project. Ga11y - Accessible video games, where it works to ensure that more and more titles incorporate accessibility criteria.
