Two books, two authors, a close conversation and the commitment to celebrate a shared passion for videogames and literature. This is how our first OXO ‘Literary Sunday’ was born. With free admission and an invitation to coffee/vermouth, it gives you the opportunity to chat with the authors and even get your copy signed. Let's start with the novelty, Seven in Darkness (Ed. Dolmen), the anthology of horror stories by the writer and specialist in video game narrative Ángel Luís Sucasasas. With echoes of Lovecraft and masters of pulp and fantasy, not forgetting a clear reference to video games, we will go through some of the deepest terrors that also trace very strong links with other examples of contemporary popular culture. After a coffee break and relaxation, our second book and author: Project: Return 80 of the writer Kromic Bruck, an action-packed fantasy adventure that embarks on an amazing journey to a mythical and hopeful era where the reader will encounter hundreds of nods and references to icons of 1980s entertainment culture in a nostalgic and exciting return to childhood experiences.
