OXO Videogame Museum hosts the presentation of “The Science Behind Video Games”, a video clip created in the framework of the project RAP with SCIENCE, an initiative that unites scientific dissemination, urban music and gamer culture with the aim of bringing science closer to young audiences in an accessible and creative way.
During the event, the RAP conCIENCIA project will be presented, along with its objectives and the years of work carried out through different cultural and educational actions. The event will also serve to contextualise the birth of this video clip, which explores the relationship between science and video games, two disciplines closely connected through technology, creativity and innovation.
The presentation will feature the participation of the rappers De la Lastra y Arché, as well as recognition of the artistic and technical team that made the audiovisual piece possible. The project has been financed by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT).
The event will culminate with the screening of the video clip and a brief dialogue with the audience, generating a space for the exchange of impressions and questions about the content and the creative process.
